NJ Home Improvement Contractor Registration
The State of New Jersey registration required to contract for home improvement work. Verifiable on the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs license lookup.
NJ New Home Builder Registration
State of New Jersey registration under the New Home Warranty and Builders' Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 46:3B-1 et seq.), issued by the NJ Department of Community Affairs, Division of Codes and Standards. A builder must hold it before taking out a permit to construct a new home in New Jersey. Valid through October 31, 2028; renews every two years. Verifiable on the NJ DCA Home Builder Search.
NJ Home Improvement Contractor Compliance Bond
RuLee Construction is bonded. A compliance bond is on file with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, as New Jersey requires of registered home improvement contractors (N.J.S.A. 56:8-142). Renewed annually. Bond details are provided with your contract.
NJ Small Business Enterprise Certification
State of New Jersey Small Business Enterprise certification, Categories 1 & 4, issued by the NJ Business Action Center — the credential that qualifies RuLee for New Jersey small-business set-aside contracting. Issued June 2026, renewed with an annual verification. Verifiable on the NJ SAVI vendor directory.
SAM.gov Entity Registration · Federal UEI
Active registration in the U.S. government's System for Award Management — the registration a business must hold to bid on and receive federal contract awards. Activated June 2026, renews annually. Verifiable on SAM.gov.
CAGE Code — Commercial & Government Entity
The five-character code assigned by the Defense Logistics Agency when a SAM.gov registration activates. Federal buyers use it to identify contractors across procurement systems. Verifiable on SAM.gov.
NJ Limited Liability Company
RuLee Construction LLC is a single-member NJ Limited Liability Company registered to do business in the State of New Jersey under the NJ Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.
